Where do the vegetables come from?

for the 2018 season four farms are working together to grow vegetables to be picked up in three different locations.

Ten Hens Farm -  Dru and Adam Montri are a family of four running a year-round, sustainable farm located in Bath, Michigan - 10 miles Northeast of Lansing. We grow a variety of vegetables on 3 acres and in six hoophouses totaling just over 17,000 square feet.

Thread Creek Farm - In 1831 our ancestors settled on 160 acres along Thread Creek. Seven generations later, the Knagg and Blinkenberg familes are still here farming the same land in Grand Blanc, Mi.

Flint Ingredient Co - Erin Caudell and Franklin Pleasant grow on 9 acres in Beecher, Mi. Utilizing hoophouses for an extended season they grow a variety of vegetables for sale at their market stand, grocery store (The Local Grocer) and CSA.

Simple Gifts Farm - Kelly Wilson runs this diversified vegetable farm in North Oakland County.
